Latest issue of Unfiltered touches down
The latest issue of Unfiltered has just arrived, due for delivery to members of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society later this week. It's another belter, with one or two features certain to ruffle feathers among the whisky purists. As well as a column on 'white dog' spirit from enfant terrible whisky bloggers Neil Harrison and Joel Ridley, we have a debate on cocktails - anathema to many Scotch lovers - and a 'table-top' blending session with Alasdair Day of The Tweeddale Blend.
But, just like a good blend (see what we did there?) that's balanced out with insights from a sensational line-up of industry big-hitters, including GlenDronach's Billy Walker, Whyte & Mackay's Richard Paterson and The Balvenie's David Stewart. Tasty stuff.
