Tenants' magazine for Glasgow Housing Association is The Key, which keeps residents up to date with current GHA business and key messages.
With many thousands of tenants, many of whom are elderly and in some cases infirm, the Key is an important part of the GHA communications' strategy and is delivered to every resident.
Content includes a chairperson's column, regular features from around the GHA workforce and services, and regular competitions.
At the CiB Scotland 2009 awards The Key walked away with the title for Best Stakeholder Newsletter.
