Launch supports SAIFInsight magazine

We are delighted to announce the launch of SAIFInsight Online, a website designed and built entirely in-house by the Connect team.

The website has been created to run alongside our contract to produce the UK’s premier monthly magazine for independent funeral directors, SAIFInsight, on behalf of Golden Charter and the National Society of Allied Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF).

SAIFInsight Online will be an extension of the print magazine, offering the latest news and features, the best business advice, education and training, and even a useful contacts directory.

The website also features links to the latest SAIF and Golden Charter news and archived copies of SAIFInsight, dating back to its relaunch in October last year.

“Connect built a fully functional, attractive site giving our readers a real electronic option.”
Michael Fern, SAIFInsight co-editor

SAIFInsight co-editor Michael Fern said: “We knew we wanted to bring our magazine online, but it was not until we started working with our publishing partner Connect that we were given the route to deliver it. Almost immediately, they had helped plan out a site that would meet our needs.

“With our input at every stage, Connect went on to build a fully functional, attractive site giving our readers a real electronic option. They even surveyed our stakeholders to ensure the site will continue to meet their requirements. Potential issues such as our complex contacts list were easily taken care of, and our members’ magazine now has an online presence that does exactly the job we need it to.”

Connect’s managing director Alan Ramsay said: “We were delighted to be awarded the contract to produce SAIFInsight last year and we’re proud that the relaunched magazine has been well received by its readers. The project to launch the digital version was very smooth and an excellent example of client and agency collaboration.”

He added: “We’re confident that SAIFInsight readers will enjoy the digital experience as much as the print magazine.”
