Another partnership in the pipeline

Connect is flush with success after adding yet another client to its ever-growing portfolio – the Scottish & Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation (SNIPEF).

The leading trade association has asked us to relaunch its stakeholder magazine, PlumbHeat, as well as completely redesign its popular website.

The first issue of the new-look magazine is due out this week, complete with a dedicated ProZone section featuring the industry’s biggest names, including OFTEC,  Grant and SaniFlo.

As well as a complete redesign and restructure, the new SNIPEF site will feature more exclusive content and enhanced resources for members, plus an enhanced Find a Plumber tool for the public.

Connect Managing Director Alan Ramsay added: “We’re thrilled to have been given the opportunity to work with SNIPEF and share our extensive print and digital experience.

“We are very much looking forward to helping the association reach new levels of engagement with its members, stakeholders and partners.”

SNIPEF represents the interests of plumbing and heating businesses in Scotland and Northern Ireland to ensure the highest standards across the industry. It currently has more than 760 member firms employing around 3,500 plumbers, and also helps with the training of more than 800 apprentices.

The association also operates the Plumbing Industry Licensing Scheme and the Approved Certifier of Construction Scheme and manages the Modern Apprenticeship in Plumbing programme in Scotland.

SNIPEF CEO Fiona Hodgson said: “We’re delighted to be working with Connect and to have this great opportunity to develop our members’ magazine and website.

“The new PlumbHeat magazine looks fantastic and is testament to the hard work that has gone into its creation. We know our readers will be impressed – and the public will be equally impressed by the new and improved website when it is relaunched later this year.”
