Discovering the potential of digital
New ways of communicating are more important than ever, we’re thrilled to have helped our friends at SELECT, Scotland’s trade body for electrical contractors, produce their first-ever digital annual report.
To accompany the online publication and help launch it across social media, we also created an eye-catching animation highlighting the headline figures and the wide range of work SELECT has done to support its members during the pandemic.
The association wanted the report to reflect how its core values of cooperation, collaboration and commitment had been at the heart of its work through one of the most challenging years in its long history.
We used engaging infographics to communicate the key facts and figures with a contemporary and on-brand design, as well as features on how the people at the top of the organisation had dealt with the difficulties of Covid-19.
This year’s publication is the third time we’ve worked with SELECT on its annual report and the new digital format made it even easier to share it quickly and effectively with members.
Iain Mason, SELECT’s Director of Membership and Communication, said: “Connect were easy to work with, knew what we were looking for and were able to respond rapidly. We’ve had a great response from members to the digital annual report and the animation and they have helped us spread the word even further. It’s a new step for us and a great solution in the current climate, where print has taken a back seat to digital, to help us keep in touch with members.”
