A round up of our news.

CONNECT’S INVESTMENT IN DIGITAL FUTURE GROWS

It’s been an incredible six months of digital success at Connect, with more world-class videos, animations and online magazines created for our clients than ever before.

We have recently invested in our new on site podcast studio to build on the amazing growth in demand from clients for tailored recording and editing, and live webinars. We have also invested in a number of the latest Apple Macbook M1 Pros that make video and animation production faster.

Across social media, we’ve been planning, building and executing successful campaigns for clients.

And as our business grows, we are investing in strengthening our talented design team further. Interviews for a new junior designer position take place this week.

While our own website has just recorded its highest visitor traffic for spring in four years, we’re investing in a new portal that will launch later this year and showcase more of our fantastic work.

It’s part of our continuing commitment driven by our new content strategy from Shaun Milne, our Head of Content and Digital Strategy. Among the strategic outputs are connecting people and stories and using all our assets including podcasts, videos, animations, graphics and storytelling to connect and engage.

Shaun said: “What the team has achieved in just six months has been phenomenal in transitioning to become a full service agency, with SEO writing, podcasts, video, social media and animation leading the way.

“The new site will complement the amazing work the team is doing in digital and print for our clients, and will stand us in good stead as we continue to evolve further in the months and years to come. This allows me to step back early from this full-time role and back into consultancy.”

Connect has been serving clients for more than 20 years and Chairman and Owner David Cameron says he is proud of the company’s determination to keep investing in the future to secure the type of positive feedback revealed in our latest client survey.

He said: “Our latest survey results are just in and rate us very highly across the board and clients indicate a greater-than-ever demand for digital services and podcasts. Our investments have come at the right time to support our clients in this post-pandemic world.

“Shaun has been instrumental in this continued transition and we look forward to working with him in his consultancy capacity from July.”

More details about our client survey will be published soon. Watch this space.
